- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups sliced carrots, fresh
- 3/4 cup onion, sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 ounces beef-flavor ramen noodles
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, cook beef, onions, and carrots over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and carrots are crisp-tender; drain.
