Ramen-vegetable Beef Skillet

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced carrots, fresh
  • 3/4 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 ounces beef-flavor ramen noodles

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, cook beef, onions, and carrots over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and carrots are crisp-tender; drain.
