Ingredients

- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons gingerroot (minced)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup dried shrimp
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 4 cups cabbage (shredded)
- 1 carrot (peeled, shredded)
- 2 green onions (minced)
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (toasted)
Recipe
- 1 combine the vinegar, ginger, sugar, soy sauce, shrimp and oil. let stand 1 hour.
- 2 toss with the cabbage, carrots, onions and sesame seeds.
- 3 serve.
