- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 12 ounces roast, leftover, diced fine
- 1 (4 tablespoon) envelope lipton onion soup mix
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces coleslaw mix
- 7 ounces water (1/2 the tomato can)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients.
- 2 place in 2 qt casserole dish - sprayed with pam.
- 3 bake, covered, at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
