Scalloped Cabbage

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 -2 sleeves saltine crackers, crushed
- cream or milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 slice cabbage fine and cook in salted water until tender.
- 2 in a deep casserole dish, layer cabbage, crackers to cover, and cheese.
- 3 repeat layerss ending with cabbage on top.
- 4 dot with butter and cover with cheese.
- 5 pour cream or milk until it comes to the top of dish.
- 6 do not cover with milk.
- 7 bake at 350 for 30 mintues.
