- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced red pepper
- 1/2 tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup chickpeas
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 avocado, cubed
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Recipe
- 1 toss all ingredients together but oil and vinegar.
- 2 mix oil and vinegar and toss with salad.
