Suprfoods Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sliced red pepper
  • 1/2 tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 avocado, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 toss all ingredients together but oil and vinegar.
  • 2 mix oil and vinegar and toss with salad.
