Edamame With Asian Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (16 ounce) package soybeans (without the shells)
  • 1 (16 ounce) package cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons red hot peppers
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons ponzu sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger

Recipe

  • 1 combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 2 combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl.
  • 3 combine the two and mix well.
  • 4 serve within a few hours.
