Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) package soybeans (without the shells)
- 1 (16 ounce) package cabbage
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons red hot peppers
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 4 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons ponzu sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
Recipe
- 1 combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl.
- 3 combine the two and mix well.
- 4 serve within a few hours.
