Oven Roasted Cabbage

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 small cabbage, chopped
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 -14 1/2 ounce canned chicken broth
  • 6 ounces bacon, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 1 dash lawry's seasoned salt
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 preheat over to 350.
  • 2 chop one small cabbage up and place into a 9x13 glass baking dish.
  • 3 top cabbage with chopped bacon, onion, chicken broth, seasoning salt, butter, and salt and pepper.
  • 4 cover with alliminum foil.
  • 5 bake for 1.5 - 2 hours or until cabbage is tender.
  • 6 let stand for 5 minute.
  • 7 enjoy.
