Oven Roasted Cabbage

Ingredients

- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 -14 1/2 ounce canned chicken broth
- 6 ounces bacon, chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup salted butter
- 1 dash lawry's seasoned salt
- 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 preheat over to 350.
- 2 chop one small cabbage up and place into a 9x13 glass baking dish.
- 3 top cabbage with chopped bacon, onion, chicken broth, seasoning salt, butter, and salt and pepper.
- 4 cover with alliminum foil.
- 5 bake for 1.5 - 2 hours or until cabbage is tender.
- 6 let stand for 5 minute.
- 7 enjoy.
