Norwegian Red Cabbage

Total Time: 1 hr 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 medium red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup red currant jelly

Recipe

  • 1 chop cabbage fine, and put in a big pot.
  • 2 add butter, vinegar, sugar, water and salt.
  • 3 cook for 1hour on low heat.
  • 4 add jelly and cook for 20 minutes longer.
