- 1 medium red cabbage
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup red currant jelly
Recipe
- 1 chop cabbage fine, and put in a big pot.
- 2 add butter, vinegar, sugar, water and salt.
- 3 cook for 1hour on low heat.
- 4 add jelly and cook for 20 minutes longer.
