Low Carb Stir Fry

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs smoked sausage
  • 1/2 head cabbage (chopped into thin strips)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter (not margarine)
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 chop sausage and cook in skillet with butter until cooked through.
  • 2 remove sausage from pan.
  • 3 add water to deglaze pan.
  • 4 add cabbage, soy sauce, and pepper.
  • 5 cook until desired doneness (about 10 minutes), stirring frequently.
  • 6 enjoy!
