Ingredients

- 1 lb italian sausage (lamb or turkey)
- 1 small head cabbage
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 steam sausage in about 3/4 cup water until liquid evaporates, then brown in pan.
- 2 in drippings, add onion and cabbage and cook until tender.
- 3 stir in remaining ingredients and simmer approximately 20 minutes.
