Spiced Red Cabbage

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 6 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tart apple, chopped
- 6 whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients, except the vinegar.
- 2 pour into a buttered casserole dish.
- 3 bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
- 4 sprinkle vinegar over cabbage immediately upon removing dish from oven.
