Ingredients

- 1/2 cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 1 apple, grated coarsely
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 refrigerate for a minimum of half an hour to allow flavours to develop.
