- 4 green onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 9 cups cabbage, shredded (about 1 1/2 lbs)
- 3 carrots, scraped and grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 saute the green onions in melted butter in a large skillet until it is tender.
- 2 add the cabbage and carrot; saute 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. stir in the salt and pepper.
