Ingredients

- 3 cups cabbage, cut up
- 1 cup carrot, cut up
- 1/2 cup celery, cut up
- 1 large onion, diced
- 16 ounces green beans, drained
- 4 cups water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 12 ounces tomato juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 dissolve bouillon cubes in water. combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- 2 cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
