Spanish Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 turnips
  • parsley
  • fennel
  • 1/2 kg cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 250 g radishes
  • 250 g bacon
  • 250 g gruyere cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 lemons, juice of
  • salt
  • sugar
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 method:
  • 2 cut and wash the cabbage, carrots and turnips.
  • 3 chop the fennel and with the sugar glaze the mushrooms.
  • 4 thinly slice the radishes and take the skins of the tomatoes by placing them in boiling water.
  • 5 thinly slice the cheese and dice the bacon into bite size pieces.
  • 6 fry gently the bacon, and then mix all together
  • 7 sauce
  • 8 grate the garlic, add lemon juice and some olive oil, salt pepper and sugar. mix thoroughly and add to cabbage just before serving.
