Ingredients

- 1 medium cabbage
- 3 carrots
- 3 turnips
- parsley
- fennel
- 1/2 kg cherry tomatoes
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 250 g radishes
- 250 g bacon
- 250 g gruyere cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 lemons, juice of
- salt
- sugar
- pepper
- olive oil
Recipe
- 1 method:
- 2 cut and wash the cabbage, carrots and turnips.
- 3 chop the fennel and with the sugar glaze the mushrooms.
- 4 thinly slice the radishes and take the skins of the tomatoes by placing them in boiling water.
- 5 thinly slice the cheese and dice the bacon into bite size pieces.
- 6 fry gently the bacon, and then mix all together
- 7 sauce
- 8 grate the garlic, add lemon juice and some olive oil, salt pepper and sugar. mix thoroughly and add to cabbage just before serving.
