Ingredients

- 1 large head cabbage
- 2 lbs ground lamb
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- salt
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomato juice
- 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut
Recipe
- 1 steam cabbage until soft enough to fold.
- 2 mix onion rice lamb paprika and salt. place small amount of mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
- 3 in a large pan alternate layers of sauerkraut and cabbage rolls. cover all with tomato juice.
- 4 cook @ 350 2-3 hours.
