Hungarian Pigs In Blanket

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 large head cabbage
  • 2 lbs ground lamb
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • salt
  • 1 (16 ounce) can tomato juice
  • 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut

Recipe

  • 1 steam cabbage until soft enough to fold.
  • 2 mix onion rice lamb paprika and salt. place small amount of mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
