- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 combine cabbage and pineapple in a medium bowl. set aside.
- 2 combine mayo and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. add to cabbage mixture, tossing to combine. cover and chill.
