Special Chunky Coleslaw

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 large carrot
- 1 onion (red or , i prefer red because it adds colour)
- 1/2 of a small cabbage
- 2 sticks celery
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (use more or less mayonnaise to suit your taste)
Recipe
- 1 wash the vegetables.
- 2 peel the whole carrot with a speed peeler, making nice long wide shavings.
- 3 chop the top and bottom off the celery, cut lengthways into two strips,
- 4 then cut these into thin batons.
- 5 cut the onion into thin rings, cut the rings in half.
- 6 slice the cabbage into thin long strips.
- 7 place all the vegetables into a large bowl and mix in the mayonnaise, until the coleslaw looks creamy and the vegetables are fairly evenly covered
- 8 add salt and pepper to your liking.
