Sea Bass

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 1 tablespoon lime pickle
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon wine
  • 2 -4 slices lemons

Recipe

  • 1 mix pickle, chili sauce and wine, place seabass fillets in a microwaveable dish, pour over mixture, microwave on high for 6 minutes, add slices of lemon and grill for 5 minutes.
  • 2 serve with new potatoes, cabbage and carrot.
