Oysters Mangetsu

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 4 oysters, out of shell
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together, then turn onto the greased grill in one heap.
  • 2 flatten it a little. fry like an omelet or a pancake, turning several times to brown well on both sides.
  • 3 serve with sprinkled with japanese dark red pepper, soy and worchestershire sauces.
  • 4 cut in half to serve.
