Oysters Mangetsu

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 4 oysters, out of shell
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together, then turn onto the greased grill in one heap.
- 2 flatten it a little. fry like an omelet or a pancake, turning several times to brown well on both sides.
- 3 serve with sprinkled with japanese dark red pepper, soy and worchestershire sauces.
- 4 cut in half to serve.
