Old-fashioned Coleslaw

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, combine vegetables and chill.
  • 2 in a small bowl, mix together sour cream, yogurt, pickle juice, mustard, and paprika.
  • 3 to serve, pour dressing over vegetables; toss.
  • 4 dust the top with black pepper.
