Ingredients

- 3 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine vegetables and chill.
- 2 in a small bowl, mix together sour cream, yogurt, pickle juice, mustard, and paprika.
- 3 to serve, pour dressing over vegetables; toss.
- 4 dust the top with black pepper.
