Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups shredded chinese cabbage
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 4 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chicken, diced
- 4 mandarin pancakes
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl combine hoisin and 1 tb water.
- 2 heat oil in skillet and sauté cabbage, sprouts and mushrooms for 5 – 7 minutes.
- 3 stir in chicken and sauce and cook minutes more.
