Healthy Mu Shu

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cups shredded chinese cabbage
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 4 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chicken, diced
  • 4 mandarin pancakes

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl combine hoisin and 1 tb water.
  • 2 heat oil in skillet and sauté cabbage, sprouts and mushrooms for 5 – 7 minutes.
  • 3 stir in chicken and sauce and cook minutes more.
