Fruited Turkey Wraps

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
- 2 cups finely shredded chinese cabbage or 2 cups napa cabbage
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced deli smoked turkey
Recipe
- 1 combine the mayonnaise, orange peel, orange juice, and curry powder. spread over tortillas. top with cabbage, onion, oranges, cranberries, and turkey. roll up!
