Freezer Coleslaw

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, shredded (about 10 cups)
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl combine vegetables with salt, let stand 1 hour.
