- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- 2 cups finely shredded red cabbage
- 1/3 cup diced red pepper
- cracked black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar and salt until well blended.
- 2 add cabbage and bell pepper and toss until well coated. season with pepper to taste.
- 3 variation: add the juice of one lime.
