Ingredients

- 1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Recipe
- 1 combine vinegar, soy sauce and ground ginger.
- 2 add chicken and marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.
- 3 in salad bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- 4 just before serving, remove chicken from marinade, reserve.
- 5 pour marinade into cabbage mixture; toss.
- 6 top with chicken.
