Stir Fry Chicken-rice

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 kg cubed chicken breast
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 package seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 stalk minced celery
  • 1 medium minced onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan over medium heat saute chicken breast using 1 tablespoon oil; remove chicken.
  • 2 fry garlic, celery, onion and cabbage until soft.
  • 3 remove and scramble 2 eggsed.
  • 4 add sauteed chicken breast and vegetables to scrambled eggs; sprinkle seasoning over these ingredients and add the cup water.
  • 5 stir mixture.
  • 6 add the cooked rice.
  • 7 mix well.
  • 8 you can use soy sauce to suit your taste.
