Crock Pot Brats And Cabbage

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 head green cabbage
- 5 bratwursts
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 dissolve beef bullion in the hot water.
- 2 add the vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper. mix until well dissolved.
- 3 quarter cabbage and remove core.
- 4 place cabbage wedges on the bottom of the crock pot.
- 5 place frozen brats on top of cabbage.
- 6 pour mixture on top of brats.
- 7 cook on low for 8 hours.
