Crock Pot Brats And Cabbage

Total Time: 8 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 5 bratwursts
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve beef bullion in the hot water.
  • 2 add the vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper. mix until well dissolved.
  • 3 quarter cabbage and remove core.
  • 4 place cabbage wedges on the bottom of the crock pot.
  • 5 place frozen brats on top of cabbage.
  • 6 pour mixture on top of brats.
  • 7 cook on low for 8 hours.
