Ukranian Coleslaw

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 25
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 2 onions
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed

Recipe

  • 1 shred the cabbage as finely as possible (i chop it into very thin strips).
  • 2 it should measure about 10 cups.
