Ukrainian Meat Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

- 3/4 lb lean lamb, ground
- 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumb
- 1 large egg
- 1 large onion
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 medium savoy cabbage
- 1 -2 cup chicken stock or 1 -2 cup tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Recipe
- 1 saute chopped onion in butter until wilted, and cool.
- 2 mix meat, crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper, and add onion.
- 3 core the cabbage and bring to boil in a large pot half filled with water.
- 4 cook about 2 minutes.
