Ingredients

- 1 small cabbage
- 2 small zucchini or 2 small yellow squash
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons butter
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 shred cabbage.
- 2 shred onion, i used my cheese grater.
- 3 shred squash.
- 4 dice garlic.
- 5 in medium pot melt butter.
- 6 add the cabbage, onion, squash and garlic.
- 7 stir often.
- 8 cook until the veggies are still a little crisp.
- 9 salt and pepper to taste.
