Ingredients
- 2 quarts vegetable stock
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery rib
- 3 cabbage leaves
- 1/2 cup pastina
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 1. cut vegetables into small slices julienne style.
- 2 2. place stock in a soup pot. add the vegetables and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes.
- 3 3. add the pastina, salt, and pepper and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. serve.
