Ingredients

- 500 g ground beef
- 2 1/2-3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 1 (37 g) packet dry mushroom soup mix
- 1 peeled chopped apple
- 1/4-1/2 cabbage, sliced fine
- 3 grated carrots
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons raw rice
Recipe
- 1 brown mince.
- 2 add all other ingredients.
- 3 bring to boil then simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4 serve with rice.
