- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, grated
- 3 cups skim milk
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
Recipe
- 1 put shredded cabbage and grated carrot in a large bowl.
- 2 whisk together milk, mayo, sugar, and vinegar.
- 3 pour over cabbage.
- 4 stir well.
- 5 let chill for about an hour at least.
