Kamaboko Salad

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 8 ounces imitation crab sticks (kamaboko)
  • 1 cup celery, chopped (or shredded cabbage)
  • 4 ounces pasta (small shells or any other, cooked and seasoned with salt)
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or to taste)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 cut the crab sticks (kamaboko) into thin slices horizontally.
  • 2 mix all the ingredients together (kamaboko, celery, noodles, green onions, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.)
  • 3 serve on lettuce leaves.
