Corn And Red Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen corn, thawed or 2 cups canned corn, drained
  • 1 cup red cabbage, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients in a large bowl.
