Coleslaw

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw (chopped green cabbage, red cabbage & carrots, washed & ready to eat)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3 tablespoons red onions, minced
  • 4 slices cooked bacon (1/4 cup diced)

Recipe

  • 1 empty bag of cole slaw into large mixing bowl.
  • 2 add raisins, red onion and bacon.
  • 3 in seperate bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, celery seed, sugar, vinegar, salt and black pepper.
  • 4 pour mayonnaise mixture over cole slaw and mix thoroughly.
