Chicken With Chutney In Pitas

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 green apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 pita bread
  • 1 cup chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 cup mango chutney
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup finely shredded cabbage

Recipe

  • 1 mix cabbage, yogurt, sugar and mustard.
  • 2 heat chutney and chicken over medium heat.
  • 3 cut pitas in half, crosswise to form pockets.
  • 4 fill each half with chicken mixture.
  • 5 top with apple slices.
  • 6 spread cabbage mixture over chicken.
