- 1 1/2 cups chinese cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, shredded
- 1 small peach, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

Recipe
- 1 combine chicken, chinese cabbage, fresh mint leaves and peach wedges in a medium bowl.
- 2 for dressing, combine lime juice and olive oil in a small bowl.
- 3 toss dressing with salad and serve.
