cabbage ramen salad
Ingredients

- 1 1/4 pounds red cabbage, chopped
- 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, broken into small pieces
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

- toss cabbage, ramen noodles and seasoning packets, red bell pepper, green onion, almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, sugar, peanut oil, olive oil, red vinegar, and black pepper together in a large resealable bag until evenly mixed.
