cabbage ramen salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 1/4 pounds red cabbage, chopped
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, broken into small pieces
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 3/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut oil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

    Preparation Time: 30 mins Ready Time: 30 mins

  • toss cabbage, ramen noodles and seasoning packets, red bell pepper, green onion, almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, sugar, peanut oil, olive oil, red vinegar, and black pepper together in a large resealable bag until evenly mixed.
