Ingredients

- 1 head cabbage (10-12 cups, chopped)
- 2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup carrot, shredded (about 4 carrots)
- 1 cup red onion, chopped (about 1 medium-sized onion)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, toss all ingredients until well mixed and evenly coated.
