Ingredients

- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red cabbage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions, diced
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 toss all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- 2 chill for 1 - 3 hours.
- 3 serve.
