Lamb Wasabi Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs lamb tenderloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 6 flat bread or 6 flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon prepared wasabi paste (more to taste)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon wine vinegar or 1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 head napa cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1/2 english cucumber, sliced thin
Recipe
- 1 soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- 2 thread lamb on skewers and brush with hoisin sauce.
- 3 grill lamb, over medium heat, for about 12 to 14 minutes, until no longer pink (160 degrees f), turning once.
- 4 grill flatbread for 1 minute.
- 5 meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine wasabi paste, water,oil, vinegar, and sugar; whisk to combine.
- 6 layer lamb and vegetables on flatbread and drizzle with wasabi mixture.
