Scalloped Cabbage

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 head cabbage, sections slightly separated
- 6 -12 saltine crackers
- 2 -4 teaspoons butter
- salt & pepper
- 1 -2 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 cook cabbage in boiling water, about 4 to 5 minutes.
- 2 drain.
- 3 place a layer of cabbage leaves in a pyrex dish.
- 4 sprinkle with crushed saltine crackers.
- 5 dot with butter.
- 6 salt & pepper to taste.
- 7 repeat layers.
- 8 cover with milk.
- 9 bake covered, 30 - 35 minutes @ 350°f.
