Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 green pepper, julienned
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup wine vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
Recipe
- 1 mix veggies with salt.
- 2 let stand one hour.
- 3 squeeze out juice.
- 4 set aside.
- 5 boil vinegar, sugar and seeds.
- 6 cool.
- 7 mix with veggies.
- 8 put into small freezer proof containers.
- 9 (butter bowls work great).
