- 3/4 head cabbage, cut into pieces
- 1 cup gorgonzola or 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
- coleslaw dressing (i use litehouse)
Recipe
- 1 chop cabbage into bite size pieces. it is better not shredded. use enough dressing to moisten. let sit for 1 hour in refrigerator prior to serving.
