Stir-fried Chicken And Snow Peas With Hokkien Noodles

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 400 g chicken, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons trident stir-fry fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 large red chile, seeded and sliced
  • 5 slices fresh ginger, shredded
  • 100 g snow peas, blanched
  • 300 g cabbage, finely sliced and blanched
  • 400 g trident hokkien noodles (2 x 200g packs)
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons trident sweet chili sauce (sweet chilli ginger sauce)

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in the wok and stir-fry chicken with trident fish sauce, spring onions, chilli and ginger for 1 1/2 minutes.
  • 2 add snow peas, cabbage, trident hokkien noodles, chicken stock and trident sweet chilli ginger sauce. salt to taste.
  • 3 stir-fry for 2 minutes. serve.
