Steve's Memphis-style Coleslaw Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground celery seed

Recipe

• 1 pour cider vinegar into bowl, add sugar; stir to dissolve.
• 2 in a separate bowl, add mayo and ground celery seed together.
• 3 stir in vinegar mix.
• 4 whisk until smooth.
• 5 toss with cabbage. i use angel hair coleslaw prepackaged 10 oz and triple the recipe using 3 bags of coleslaw for bbq etc.
• 6 i also add red, yellow, and green peppers for color and taste, and sometimes green onions.
