Steamed Purple Cabbage

Ingredients

- 1/2 head purple cabbage, chopped
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Recipe
- 1 saute the onion in olive oil until translucent.
- 2 add the water and bouillon.
- 3 add the cabbage and raisins.
- 4 cover and cook for 15 minutes until the cabbage is tender but not overly cooked.
- 5 stir in the apple cider vinegar before serving.
