Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1 head green cabbage, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 brown bacon in a dutch oven or large pan until crisp.
- 2 remove bacon and set aside to drain and cool.
- 3 place sliced onion in pan and top with cabbage and crumbled bacon.
- 4 cover and cook over medium to medium high heat until done to your likeing.
- 5 salt and pepper to taste.
